“ Best fish & chips in Portland. Amazing gin cocktail selection. They’re doing a British bar right, checking every box. You can’t go wrong here. The kale Cesar salad and espresso martini were also delicious. Highly recommend. ”
“ Fantastic local gem that has friendly and helpful bartenders/wait staff. They're open late every night of the week and have one of the best happy hours in Portland. Would highly recommend stopping in and having a drink/bite to eat! The bar has a fantastic, rather robust selection of top notch liquor and beer. ”
“ Absolutely loved it. It's a quiet and very cozy little bar/ restaurant. The server was great, and his knowledge of the drinks was very helpful. They don't have a huge food menu, but that's not a downside because they can make a great mixed drink! Definitely give it a chance if you are in town!( but find a babysitter) ”

“ Awesome. They have a true British menu & taps. We had a baked cod and chicken kabob. The building has been renovated from a wreck to a high end pub. The south side of the bldg is floor to ceiling windows, letting in a lot of light. We watched the Amtrak & freight trains go by across the street. We walked here, but there is plenty of off-street parking. ”

I had tender beef in a burgundy reduction with baby carrots and fingerling potatoes (don't recall the dish name) that was incredibly delicious first bite to last! Great atmosphere, perfect service, and pleasant conversation with Mike after dinner. Most enjoyable restaurant experience in Portland in more than 20 years! ”
